Regarding AMS..with an estimated $12-20 million required to simply complete the build-out of the interior for this unlicensed project, this seems to be the longest of long shots in the BLDV playbook.

When AMS announced their plan to build a 50,000 sq' MMJ grow facility nearly 4 years ago there were only 13 licensed growers in Canada. That number has now shot past 60. Furthermore, in May Health Canada changed the licensing process (see the IBox) so AMS clearly is no longer in the "final stage of licensing" because the stages are different.

Can anyone explain why the AMS project is over 10-15 times as costly as Quality Green?

Frankly, I simply don't see what's so special about AMS that warrants such a huge investment. IMO the odds of this project ever coming online are so remote that it should be removed from further PR's so as to not mislead investors. Again, it was Alper's PR of a deal between BLDV and AMS on 4/20/17 that lit the fuse that ran the stock from .0004 to .0057 in 12 days! That's because he said AMS was in the "final stage" of licensing, showed pics of the building and other documents, yet failed to disclose that it was far from finished (with a dirt floor) and requiring multi=millions to bring online.

IF and WHEN Alper succeeds with it the stock would explode regardless. For now I rank it as inconsequential as the Alper family's "Betty Bot Bakery," BDC landscape architecture, Medi+Mints, Zeno Systems, hemp vodka etc.

Based on the DD that I have completed, I think the initiatives briefly listed below could present potenitial opportunities for BLDV in the future. This list is not complete and not prioritized. Whether they are catalysts will be up to the market to decide; this I cannot comment on.

1. AMS
2. Quality Green
3. Cann10 North America Ltd. and application of Israeli technologies to the cannabis industry
4. Cannabis Clean
5. Real estate: sales and leaseback of growing facilities
