the problem with new highs and lows is this...even tho we are making new highs that are lower here as we move up a bit..the moving averages could change in a flash here..

meaning a lot of those 52 week highs could be just underneath those highs and could move up again...yes i agree it does mean something

but not enough to me...not yet anyway
