Ilhabela, the company JBZY acquired 500,000 shares of never existed?

I have been looking at Wang companies for months.
You say (filings say) the entity we acquired ceases to exist after November 2nd.
No Wang entity has ceased to exist from what I have seen.

Where were the 500,000 shares?

If we have already acquired the three companies then shouldn't they cease to exist? I guess you said they wont be there anymore soon.. but it has been a while since JBZY has acquired JB&ZJMY CO., LTD. (CHINA).
