The company you and others keep citing as a comparison (O*CP) has an O/S of 146,316,600 whereas BLDV's O/S is 4,640,585,689.

In other words, O*CP's O/S is a mere >>3.15%<< that of BLDV.

Their current price is $0.4546. However, if you dilute it by the same number of shares that BLDV has outstanding, the apples-to-apples price of O*CP drops to 0.0143199. Granted that's still slightly more than twice BLDV's short lived 52 week high of .0057.

IMO O*CP should be a sub-penny/ deep tripps ticker since they've not filed a Quarterly report since 2012. Their last financials are a year old and report "$50 total revenue." However, their PR department has been working virtually non-stop. Frankly I'd look for someone a lot more transparent to compare BLDV to.
