Equity very often is represented as common shares or common/preferreds mix, etc... Not sure why you want to think equity does not represent shares.

I'm convinced now you made a mountain out of a golf divet. I'm surprised you aren't wound up over their typos or grammatical errors.

At least I was able to review some old info from years ago, which isn't a total loss. Thx for that.
