Doesn't negate the filing at all, just spells out what part of the "and a $9 million equity interest in Optex Delaware" meant for Alpha in terms of shares instead of dollars back in October.


Both filings show Alpha had an equity interest in OPXS back in early October 2008 before selling part of that equity interest to Arland. Case closed.
