why can't you simply use the IGNORE function if his posts are offensive to you? He agreed not to post SPAM or OT. If he degenerates to personal attacks (which I doubt) then he will get banned...or worse. If he complies with the site's TOU, there is no reason for BANNING him. It's really that simple.
