Bob, Walrath did not let the equity committee renegotiate the gsa. The senior note holders settled by getting all they had coming to them, by giving away what would have gone to shareholders. Letting parties settle with other peoples' money is not justice imo. Has not waiting 5 plus years been as much "morass" as she speculated litigating the issues in the gsa would have been.
