do u remember how much we saw at the close yesterday for the t trade? was it like 6.8m? i'm keeping track but forgot to write it down last night. thanks.

to clarify, the company isn't selling shares. it is the contractual debt that a 3rd party is converting so the company doesn't get the proceeds.

looking forward to JV updates soon, with non-equity money, that'll be a game changer imo
