Wonder why Bill includes warrants in his price estimates since clearly, as the largest common holder, he could simply just write a letter to the SEC and receive the mysterious letter that proclaims the warrants to be illegal. Someone really should tell him that writing a simple letter could save him hundreds of millions of dollars.
