As GWRE grows its stand alone SAAS revenues and expands its use and offerings of data base information look for its growing relationship with VRSK to expand. New CFO at VRSK may be willing to seek a larger strategic acquisition with company like GWRE. Premium would have to be 40-50% for GWRE shareholders to accept IMHO
