Aeolus Pharmaceuticals (AOLS)

As of July 1, they had roughly $750K in current assets. I know they also sold some ownership in another project for an undisclosed total.

Majority of the AOLS is owned by Xmark Opportunity Partners, LLC (this is where David Cavalier (CFO) and some of the board members come in). Xmark owns 65% of AOLS. BVF Inc owns 10%. Board members own 5%-10% roughly.

75%-85% of the company is owned by insiders (no debt either)I have to imagine funding is coming in internally until a bigger source is obtained.

The filing doesn't really worry me. Less than 30M float. Shares trading at around .04. Could triple/quadruple quickly. GLTA
