for futrure ref - good to back any claims with a link & page number which is something i have chosen to do b/c makes it very easy for others to see the facts versus the "stories" being told as much that has been posted on this board was not based on fact and or there was a spin put on facts... so off to re-read those 2 annual reports to locate the facts you claim are there & will let you/board know the filing/page number if there :)
