Underlying financials haven't changed. Market has had plenty of time to digest any/all reports from the company.
I've been trying to think of all of the potential catalysts and my guess as to how important they are with regard to share price movement we have seen over the past week. For banter's sake, here is what I think:
Strategic Metals executive order (high) General tax overhaul (medium) State of NE tax incentives (medium) Tax loss harvesting by traders (low) Arctic drilling legislation (low)
