Alpha Anstalt hasn't bought lately at all. There were the Arland shares back Several years but that was awhile ago (back in 2011 when it would have been a good idea to avoid this company IMO). They've been converting series C into common and selling common. Then when they get enough room not to exceed the 10% threshold, they repeat the process by converting C to common up close to that 10% level. These I guess could be viewed as new shares but it is clear they come from the series C conversion, not thin air. There were only something like 78 or 98 series C left per the annual as I recall. So share count will probably drift toward 9 mill OS but also bring in the cash at $1.2/shr which helps fund the current div.

Hopefully after this div wraps up in a couple Qs, they'll work on generating internal cashflow strong enough to fund a continuous buyback program on some level. Was nice when they bought out the Longview shares at $0.74 and retired them.
