Soon after buying-out prev. CEO/CFO/Pres. etc. of Stragenics, Grofe engineered purchase of BakedAmerican IP from a company he was then over 25% owner of, Healthnostics:
He bought this company/ASAB specifically to exploit the assets of BakedAmerican so if he doesn't he's wasted all his money & capital and he is not a stupid man who wants to do that, he has a lot of money from a previous business and he needs to shake it other than on the danced floor:

The site will allow consumers to identify, rate and explore legal marijuana dispensaries and compare experiences and products. The news channel, via RSS information sources, provides news feeds for marijuana related information focused on nationally important developments, impact on state legislation, new trends and new legislation...
