Part of the contract spelled out that ECOS/BioArt was to supply all the transport containers to move the by-product away from the LRS sites to a central location for sales and distribution. LRS gets reimbursed for the expense of hauling it and ECOS/BioArt LLC has to sell, bag and distribute the by-product. LRS was not to 'house' that operation nor have responsibility for it?
