All responsibility for by-product sales go through the ECOS/BIOArt LLC, not LRS or ECOS. Only after the NET PROFITS are calculated as of the end of each year are they distributed to the Partners (40% to ECOS and 60% to LRS after all expenses).

I thought you were aware of that, but I guess I was wrong again LOL.

Please help save the earth. It's our only source of chocolate.
