As far as the share increase, lets not put the cart in front of the horse...

You're assuming the plan is full dilution which judging by the markets reaction is not going to happen... I like their strategy here, it makes sense... Expansion, acquisition, operations etc... bottom line we are basically guaranteed $GBLX will continue to grow... Yes dilution sucks... unfortunately that's part of investing in a Federally illegal industry that has no banking or source of funding other than private equity deals and stock...

Looks like $GBLX is dollar bound regardless... This stock was basically dead a few months back... the volume and the price movement speaks for itself...
