Truly, trust the sources that are provided by the legal process.
Wyoming Secretary of State registration shows that JB&ZJMY Holding company indeed exchanged 100,000 preferred Class D shares in JBZY and obtained 500,000,000 shares of ZJMY which includes all assets and liabilities. Again, this was officially processed/exchanged and became legal on November 3rd (during the 4th quarter). See below.....
As well OTCMarkets official filings show that this is indeed an EV battery, patents, and Electric Vehicle company. If you don't believe it, just don't invest in it. I've got my fair share of stock. It's that easy, either you want to invest - or you don't. It would be OUTRIGHT FRAUD for JB&ZJMY Holding Company, Inc. to have the "Z" Logo on their filings if it were NOT Zhong Ji Ming Yang New Energy that they brought in. See below:
4th quarter filings should bring an end to all of this madness. If many of us have been wrong in our understanding of what is going on here, then of course we will admit it.... and possibly lose some money. If we are correct, then we are poised to gain a considerable Return on Investment.

The "Z" Logo on the OTCMarkets filings and the WYObiz SOS Filings detailing ZJMY aren't for nothing..... Believe it or don't, it's just that simple.
It was said that the Name/Symbol change would never happen or be approved.... but the last week of October it was, then the first week of November is when we got the update on WYObiz SOS site that ZJMY was brought into JB&ZJMY Holding Company, Inc.
Believe - or - don't believe. Invest - or - Don't Invest - that easy.
