No, they are not one. As of 2 years ago, GAHC owns 10% of BTC and has an option to acquire an extra 20%. Both parties have been "silent" lately, we may get news/updates soon.

IMHO

Always, always do you own DD. Only invest funds you can afford to lose and trust nobody but yourself.
