Further, it has NEVER been said by the company to this point in time, that ANY of the other plates would be coming into this "Holding" company. Many people have speculated that he would bring more in. First we need to see the 4th quarter financials. Since ZJMY was not "OFFICIALLY" brought into JB&ZJMY Holding Company, Inc. until November 3rd, by accounting principles/regulations - the 100,000 preferred Class D Shares exchanged in lieu of the 500 Million ZJMY corporate shares and ALL assets and liabilities do not show on 3rd Q, but they must show up on the 4th Q statement of revenues, assets, liabilities etc.

The 100,000 Pref. Class D Shares did show up in Q3 filings, assets etc. didn't... Something is wrong here:
