The following is from the Revised Feasibility Study dated December 2017.

Revised NI 43-101 Technical Report, Feasibility Study – Elk Creek Niobium Project Page 48 Molycorp at its own laboratory at Louviers, Colorado, USA and other analytical work at several commercial laboratories. On February 5, 1986, in an internal Molycorp memo (Cook and Shearer, 1986) from the two principle project geologists (Cook and Shearer) states: “Niobium Resource Lands (Elk Creek Section 33) These lands include the Section 33 niobium resource and adjacent untested lands. The resource contains 39.4 million tons of 0.82% Nb2O5 and is open to the north, west and at depth.”
