The last 8k filing is quite illuminating. If I'm reading it right, Spanos won't sign because out of that 30%, Matthews gets 10% ownership if BTcorp and hes sidekick gets 5%. So in essence, 15% goes in thier pockets. As of now the company GAHC has 10%. The Zap store says they aren't using any of Nick's patented Technology on their platform FAQs. So If you guys want a real Christmas present, you'll be praying that GAHC gets rid of Matthews and his sidekick. Guarentee when that happens, they'll re-negotiate that the company gets the 30%, Spanos will get a better deal with GAHC and he'll sign. Matthew's greed is holding the whole process up.
