With the A/S increase the MC won't be sustainable in the near term until the LSU deal starts applying for FDA approval (5-10 yrs). With the anticipated acquisitions (that I don't agree with, should spin out the Nevada Partners) the float won't be as locked with Net 1 looming.

Did you sell at this advantageous opportunity, possibly for warrants?
