You have to wonder why he needs those special voting shares if he owns 85% of the stock. The reason is simple, it could drop below 50%. So I think we should account for 500M shares after financing operations. At which point he could give himself another buch of shares of course. All he needs is a verbal agreement with "the company" apparently, aka himself, which he can later convert into stock.

It doesn't matter if they can double revenues and earnings at the same time. The net effect is zero. But I mean, most of the value is gone. This stock will never see 10c, ever. And it certainly is not the cheapest stock in the world, as some have pointed out. Trading close to 100% of book now? I own a stock that is 25x cheaper, or 4% of book. And it has better prospects than PGAS. And not as risky. Just follow my trail... (if anyone is interested).

The CEO can always say, I did it my way.
Good. But I will have no part of it. And the market will judge him accordingly. It's a pity. I had high hopes for this company.
