I had same problem!! I did have to call to place order?? I asked why because in past orders , i did with on line orders .. they couldn’t give me any reason why? But they did change me the extra money!!! What was pissen my off?? They to damn slow, placing order, missed few 8’s but got 9,s .. i said come on please order and watching L2 at same time.. Scottrade kinds sucks??
