roy, I think it is a wrong perception, I do it always within boxes and limit exposure to about 6% to 8%, I don't do it with every losing situation, I do it with stocks that have snorter potential (COCO, BSTE etc. ), last when it moves against me by more than 10%, most of the time I fold. When I double up I break the rule, that is actually a rarity not the norm and it is always part of the plan which is played. It is not always successful, BSTE just few weeks back retaught that lesson.
