VERY-IMPORTANT-POINTS TO CONSIDER - THESE ARE FROM OFFICIAL-FILINGS !!
I was going to do a flow-chart for investors to see the timeline of exactly how JB&ZJMY Holding Company, Inc. was formed, how Mr. Wang acquired it, and subsequent events of FINRA and Bringing ZhongJi Ming Yang New Energy Technology, Inc (ZJMY) into the US OTC traded entity JBZY. (But, I cannot find my flow-chart software)
The following graphic (You will probably have to enlarge on your computer screen) Depicts exactly how this occurred and shows that JB&ZJMY Holding Company, Inc. does INDEED include all of ZJMY now. Use your own logic and reasoning. These bits of information come from OFFICIAL filings.
Anyhow, I thought some of you might need this to understand the sequence of events.
I also had a few questions sent PM to me. Yes, JBZY "NOW" does have a 37.7% interest in Guangxi Long Star. They got this when they officially brought ALL of ZJMY assets and liabilities into JB&ZJMY Holding Company, Inc. on November 3rd (4th quarter).
