merry XMAS but no matter the wishes, it's going down hard and furiously to zero. me fees don't lend to zero cash flow businesses or collections of junk stalled construction so the SAME CRONIES can turn arpund and wire loan proceeds to a busted third party for uneconomic reasons. it's over, kaput, roasted, and no amount of fantasy will save it. find something else for that 2% of your portfolio and remember what we have tried to warn you all about. don't do this again. sell your 300 shares and buy an espresso, read Barron's and buy something that actually makes money.
