As we know and according to the company no agreements have been broken.



Where do they confirm that? It might also be an agreement that if Siaf choses to not provide more collateral shares when the share price tank, the lenders may sell shares that will no longer be collateral =) No agreements broken and shares thats no longer collateral wont be handed back.
