While all excitement is good, let's not get carried away. This is still a penny stock with the usual penny stock issues, like, they will screw the shareholders every chance they get.. 
And NASDAQ? forget it. How many companies can you name that went successfully from the OTC market to NASDAQ? (One I can think of is CWPC). Even if you find a company or companies like that, look at this business offerings to see why they were able to get to the Nasdaq.
All this has is a short squeeze going for it. Once that's done, this WILL come down, that's without a doubt.
The more important question is, how high can the squeeze take it.
Watch the wires, watch the L2s even more, be careful and don't get too greedy. This is easy and good money but don't get carried away.
