Board Director Brett Gross answers: “"Liberty Star has signed (executed) a confidentiality agreement with each of multiple other parties. The information exchanged between Liberty Star and each of those other parties, including the identity of each of those other parties and the existence of any such agreement with each of those parties, is subject to the terms of the signed (executed) confidentiality agreement with each other party."
