PhilG your last few posts are more of a bitter person who got screwed on the stock and I have 100s I have been screwed on and I just move on and get it back elsewhere. But stating the O/S is still 60 Billion and that the O/S goes up in all reverse splits makes no sense at all.

If I did any DD I would likely agree the stock is a scam and a POS and run by a crook and all that good stuff - I would expect nothing less on the pinks. I would not argue those poinmts because I would not even bother to try and refute them.

However, You have made two very erroneous posts.

1 - regrading the Company must issue shares to cover the short position - WRONG


and
2. That the O/S goes up in all reverse splits - WRONG
