A reit etf with a low .35% cost and a good payout history. This one took a pretty good hit from losses on CBL, but has now dumped it and some other poor performers and done a re-balance. Pays monthly distributions of .21-.22 cents for about a 7.4% annual return at current prices. Reits will have the preferential pass through earnings treatment with the new tax law(20% exemption on earnings). One may get a better return buying individual reits, but this is a less risky more diversified route.
