IMO...the 51% acquisition of Pacific Cannabis Growers was more Bobo "THE CLOWN" Linton phony BS from the beginning! And I posted as such at the time of the initial announcement! The BS, although packaged by Bobo, was publicly confirmed in a KGET PR, which KGET released on August 31, 2017.

Also IMO...the 51% acquisition of Country Junction Farms was more Bobo "THE CLOWN" Linton phony BS from the beginning! And I also posted as such at the time of the initial announcement! The "unwinding" of the Country Junction Farms deal was never publicly announced via a PR, but it finally showed up in the cryptic Q3 financial report, which was filed in October 2017. It was done long before the financial report acknowledgement!

Of course KGET never announced the the demise of Canna Kitchen/United Cannabis Retailers negotiations, but it too never happened!

AS OF THIS MOMENT, KGET HAS VIRTUALLY NO ASSETS ON THE BALANCE SHEET! GOOD LUCK WITH THE 2018 CALI MJ RUSH, WHICH WILL PURPORTEDLY COMMENCE IN LESS THAN TWO WEEKS!

The 51% acquisition agreements were never filed with any regulator! Bobo "THE CLOWN" Linton CHOSE to conveniently go DARK by DE-REGISTERING WITH THE SEC one year ago in December 2016! Of course since going DARK, there has not been one single SEC filing! KGET did not even offer the investors the courtesy of publicly announcing an increase in the Authorized Share limit from 10 BILLION TO 20 BILLION! Since Bobo is the Chairman and majority vote holder, he personally said "just do it"!

During 2017, Bobo "THE CLOWN" Linton has blown through over $1 MILLION CASH and 4.5 BILLION SHARES! Interestingly, there are NO NEW ASSETS ON THE BALANCE SHEET!

WHAT HAPPENED TO THE CASH and SHARES? NOBODY, ASIDE FROM BOBO "THE CLOWN" LINTON, HAS THE SLIGHTEST CLUE!
