The PR DOESN'T say that the disbarment for false swearing was the same incident!
Reading that another way: Red Sea Group once hired an attorney. This attorney filed a bond on behalf of RSG that was not in the right format. This attorney was at some point disbarred for procurring a felony charge.

If you have ever dealt with attorneys; there is 1 outta every 50 that really is worth a damn!
