With VNDM sitting on the ask selling shares, traders get bored & move on to other hot stocks that are moving. We're stuck with the 1 or 2 tick flippers until this dilution ends, imo. Johnnie needs to pay off or buy out this toxic debt ASAP. Also, tweeting news and then putting out a PR with the same info doesn't help.
