Champ I’m pretty sure the agreement you are referring to was an agreement which gave them a certain amount of time to come up with all the cash I think there is couple phases to it it’s probable that some sort of an extension was granted on that Hans it may appear that that was a miss leading agreement but I think it’s genuine
