The word bitcoin was absolutely the only reason people played this today. IBGR had been averaging around $2,500 in daily volume this month. After the PR hit it got $460,000 in volume just in the first hour following the press release.

I'm sort of leaning towards Bill Shaefer (the IBGR CEO) being the culprit here. Or at least an accomplice for somebody that gets to receive stock in his tickers (he likes to always use the same lenders and issue free trading stock to the same insiders). Either way I think Bill Shaefer was complicit in some way.

This is the second one of his no information pink sheet junk stocks that has been a victim of some kind of "fake bitcoin" scam

First there was GTLL which had a "fake" twitter account put out "fake" information about GTLL going into the cryptocurrency business.

https://twitter.com/BillSchaefer701

The tweets were enough to get GTLL off of no bid for 2 days then Bill Shaefer dismissed them as fake tweets from a fake account.

Now you have IBGR - another Bill Shaefer no information junk stock that puts out a press release today saying that IBGR was Implementing Bitcoin into its fake Oil Business

http://www.nasdaq.com/press-release/nexus-energy-services-inc-announces-bitcoin-implementation-to-its-oil-business-20171218-00860

Which Bill Shaefer dismissed as fake after the close

https://globenewswire.com/news-release/2017/12/18/1263703/0/en/NOTICE-TO-DISREGARD-Nexus-Energy-Services-Inc.html

I'm pretty sure that Globalnewswire.com has some kind of verification process for press releases. I don't think any old joe or sally off the street can pay to print a press release without verifying they are part of the public company mentioned in the press release. Then you have to consider the price action. There is no doubt that the volume today was way more than retail flipping the stock. There was some definite selling by IBGR insiders.

I think the PR was staged by Bill Shaefer (or an IBGR insider that received stock from Shaefer) and used to dump shares into the market then after the close the PR was pulled and Shaefer called it a fake.

Bill Shaefer also runs super scammy CCTL but with that one he is sticking to the bitcoin story. People that got burned on GTLL and IBGR should probably avoid giving Shaefer their money by purchasing CCTL stock and should probably avoid all of the other Bill Shaefer junk stocks like PAPT,ABVG,PLFM,LGBS,GRDO,IBGR,GTLL, and SNTX (if he still has an affiliation with that one).

At this point I don't expect any more fake information to come out on any more of Bill Schaefer's many many pink sheet no information (mostly hijacked) junk tickers, but I guess we'll see. Shaefer is a bottom feeder in the dirty pink sheet world so anything is possible.
