JB and ZJMY Holding Co (JBZY)

Apparently, not so simple to read. That document only confirms the merger with "JB&ZJMY LTD" which is known since April and disclosed in subsequent Q-reports. Pretty much an empty company. The document says nothing about the merger/acquisition with "Zhong Ji Ming Yang New Energy Technology Co ltd" which happens to be the operating company for the Z-brand and all activities in China. So, unless JBZY or JB&ZJMY LTD acquire this second company, the entire Z-brand stuff, including factories, showroom etc., is just unrelated business.
