The GOP tax bill: A look at the winners and losers

Republicans are expected to push through their $1.5 trillion tax package, delivering it to President Donald Trump before Christmas Day.

The major tax reform will touch almost every American, changing their tax brackets and, in some cases, limiting or changing popular deductions. Some taxpayers will come out ahead under the new provisions, including Mr. Trump, who is counted among the personal winners. He'll not only receive a political score for delivering on his promise to reform the tax code, but Mr. Trump will enjoy a windfall for his real estate empire, too.
