shotsky, you're right in that ONCI will probably have a period where you will be unable to trade. A company which I held shares did the same. It was only about 4 or 5 hours where trades couldn't be executed. At one point during the transition, Schwab had the PPS at $4.72 as opposed to $9.72 - I put in a buy for 5,000 shares. The order was not filled, but it was recorded. Once trading began again, Schwab sent me a notice that as they were unable to process my order, they would provide me with 5 trades free of charge. LOL
