Yes, seen it many times myself. A 911 trade takes place, then later news comes out. Not always, but more than not....

An "Optimist" builds the Airplane. A "Pessimist" makes the Parachute. A "Realist" rides in the Airplane, keeping the Parachute AND a stiff drink handy.
