- report profitable quarter w/ projected strong growth
- receive favorable judgement in multi-million dollar lawsuit
- retire treasury shares
- announce dividend and/or share buyback
- start investor relations campaign

just for starters - that would take the stock higher. It's possible - you never know. If the above occurs - this could be "the one".
