I'm hearing Foley and Royal Capital are being served as alter ego...or compulsory joinders or whatever the hell they call it in the court systems where NTEK maintains it's status with the courts as an unresolved enforcement debtor. Essentially adding that person and that entity as complicit and with potential funds to garnish in order to relieve the outstanding debt previously enforced by the courts.

Which might be why Foley declared Chapter 8/11/whatever, spun out UF with no hoopla and gave up his house to foreclosure recently.
