Actually, it's pretty smart... location, location, location... and he's able to BUILD the business (wasn't making 40B when he signed the lease, right? probably not, since he's not making 40B as of 12/13/2017, that we know of - but who knows, since it's a PRIVATE company ) in a great, CONVENIENT location... and why not lease what he 'needs' when he's local, since he seems to travel a lot for business. Smart business choices... don't waste money you don't have to... smart guy! Would make a great CEO of a growing company... oh, wait... he already is.
