Thank you for the confirmation that he's actually in 4B, that's great! At an estimate of 4600/month rent, then, that's not a "cheap" apartment to rent! Just because it's a "1 bathroom studio" doesn't mean he's in a "cheap" place... it's worth almost a million bucks! And he's in the convenience and strategic location of NYC! Smart location for Dennis to rent! smile
