No they're not. And we haven't had daily swings. Last week on this day we hit .0725 and returned to .03 on Wednesday. Then the stock started to build a base. Then yesterday we run to .069 only to return to .035 today. Flippers/Whackers invite shorting. And destroy liquidity. Go look at FRL* as a prime example.
