MARA should not be falling they did an offering of 1 million shares to a secured buyer for $5.00 per share. Heck they have not been over $5.00 recently until today. That was a good legit deal. I am a bit concerned about our afterhours filing. It is only 600K shares but dang this company keeps giving away our shares for nothing. They are giving them away for $1.25. If they had done like MARA and sold them in a direct offering for $3.50 that would have been perfect. I do not want another repeat crash like we saw last Friday on this offering. I am so PO'd at them. At least my RIOT finally came back up with a rage Friday and today. I guess we see tomorrow AM how investors will react to this.
